Shipping Instructions:
We offer free UPS Ground and UPS FedEx Ground shipping on all of our products.
We ship to deliveries inside the U.S. 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
Our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of CONFIRMED PAYPAL PAYMENT.
All merchandise ships from our warehouse in Lincoln City, Oregon.
Sales Tax Information
Florida residents pay 6% sales tax.
Returns and Warranty Information
Return Request Claim Deadlines
Shipment Damaged Goods: 48 Hours of Delivery Receipt may require up to 1-3 weeks processing by carrier.
Non-Defective Goods: 30 Days, Customer pays for return shipping and 15% Re-Stock Fee.
Defective Goods: 30 Days, no fees with product replacement, (see exception below).
Returns on Defective Merchandise in Transit:
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IN TRANSIT ALLOWED WITHIN 48 HOURS ONLY. Please contact us within 48 hours of original delivery receipt if merchandise was damaged in transit. Damaged goods qualify as a result of packages being allegedly disturbed or harmed by the shipping carrier (ie UPS, Fedex). We must promptly file a claim with the carrier in order to initiate the shipping claims process. Please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for damage claims to be reviewed and finalized by the shipping carrier.
When contacting us to submit a claim, the following information is required:
(1)original packaging material,
(2)tracking information,
(3)contact telephone number,
(4)details describing the nature of damage.
Returns on Defective Merchandise:
For delivered merchandise that involves manufacturer-related product defects related to design, construction, or originally intended use, returns will be accepted within 30 days. Defective return requests require detailed reasons and descriptions related to the nature of said defective merchandise. Please provide exact details to describe the nature of the alleged defect(s): ie specific pieces/parts missing, reason or nature of improper product function, construction design/sizing, etc. Upon inspection, defective merchandise is replaced with similar merchandise and shipped to the customer. If replacement merchandise is unavailable for defects, a full refund will be provided to the customer. If customer refuses to receive replacement merchandise (or product is deemed non-defective), customer will incur a 15% restock fee. Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs related to returns, excluding costs to ship replacement/corrected merchandise to the customer. If product received on a defective claim is deemed non-defective us or manufacturer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns on Non-Defective Mechandise:
For delivered merchandise that involves "buyer remorse" or other non-defective or non-damaged reasons for return, buyer pays shipping to return merchandise and will incur a 15% Re-Stock Fee.
